Zero point veggies save the day from.....

...CINNABON MINIBONS

Who knew these bad boys existed and how did they find their way to Merida or, more accurately, to the Central House breakfast table this morning? Well, even more accurately, onto my plate and into my mouth? Hmmmm....not sure they even made it to my plate. I think they went directly from serving basket to mouth. Six of them. One serving is 3 minibons. Each serving is work 5 points. You do the math and then imagine how 10 points in about 1.5 minutes can wreck a girl's plan for the day. Did I mention I spread Nutella on several of them?

The daily report:

B: WW tortilla, spinach, 1 slice ff cheese, 1/2 c beans, 2t oil = 5

S: 6 cinnabon minibons, 1 T Nutella, chai latte venti = 17

L: 2 corn tortillas, 1/2 c beans, 2 T guacamole, 1/2 c pico de gallo, 1 c lettuce, tomatoes = 4

D: 1/2 baked sweet potato, 1 c red bell pepper, 1 c steamed zucchini, 1 c steamed squash = 2

Total: 28

Exercise: Walk in am - 40 minutes, pool in pm - 45 minutes (Laps 35 min, water aerobics 10)

I meet my friend George Ann to walk at 6:00 am. We walk through the neighborhoods. When she is not here, I walk at the same time but at a nearby stadium that has a 1k walk path around the perimeter. I need to take photos. Then I swim at 6>00 pm. The pool where I go requires its patrons to sign up for a specific hour. I like 6:00 because it is women only and a good reason to get out of the office....to end my day. I find I can easily work out my schedule to swim 3 days a week. i have to be much more organzied and selfish with my time to make it 4 days and five days a week is almost impossible either because of my schedule or that of the pool. But the pool is hands down my favorite. The swimm suit maker is yet another person on my list of personal services. The chorline of the pool is hard on suits! Please note the swim suit maker is not the same as my regular seamstress.
