B: 1/2 c. black beans, 1 c. spinach, 2 c. leftover veggies from Sunday night, 1 small whole wheat tortilla, 1 slice ff cheese = 3
S: Slice of ww toast, 1/2 T pb, 1 banana =3
L: Chicken breast, 2 c. green salad, 1 c. cauliflower = 4
S: 1 c. ff yogurt, 1 T pb, 1/4 c. oatmeal, 2 small clementines = 6
D: 1 Subway veggie sandwich w/ cheese = 5
After dinner: The aforementioned cosmos = 8
Total: 29

I was with my visiting professor and the visiting Central administrator. We had finished our site visit to the city English academy where a number of my students volunteer. It was too early to call it a night. The cosmos were the special of the night...3 for the price of 2. Seemed perfect to us given that we were two. Yes, drinks on the veranda at a lovely restaurant. We weren`t hungry, just thirsty. The picture is from Google Images. I think cosmos are vodka based. Jamaica is a tea made from hibicus flowers...great drink even without the alcohol.
