Right time, right place, right camera

Yet another challenge every budding photographer faces is being in the right place at the right time....with camera in hand. This was one of those times when the universe conspired to make it happen.

These photos are also noteworthy as an example of Mexican entrepreneurship and ingenuity. This smart businessman has taken what is called here a tricycle taxi, motorized it and stocked it with his wares as well as his sales associate who may or may not be his wife. He has mastered the art of a successful business: low overhead, JIT inventory management, a product that is in demand in every household, and a product that advertises itself. James? You are the entrepreneur in this group. Opinion? Advice? Opportunities in your part of the world?

squeegees and dusters? Are the tall brushes for chimneys or ceilings? (so much for advertising) Glad to see that you're keeping the camera ready - it's a great shot. I would love to see James in a similar attempt. Actually what I would love to see would be Naphtali's response to James rolling up in one of these and telling her to hop on!!

The tall brushes are for ceilings...no chimneys in Yucatan as there is no need for heating systems. Today's high is expected to be 95.
