Today's random photo is of a bedroom in the Central House. This is part of the series of photos that I am preparing for future students in a kind of FAQ format. Relfected in the mirror is the visiting professor's husband who is singing for his supper by taking some photos for me. Frankly, I am not sure I want to include this photo is the presentation as does not look at all inviting unless one has always wanted to live in an orphanage.

Meanwhile, even orphans eat well at the Central House. Here is my report for today:
B: 1 egg, 1ew, 1/2 c. refried black beans, 2 cups fresh spinach, 1 T avocado, 1 t evoo = 5
S: 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 T pb, 1 c grapes, chai latte venti = 9
L: 2 flour tortillas, 1/2 c. refried black beans, 2 T avocado, 1/2 pico de gallo, 2 T melted cheese, chicken = 12 (lunch at Central House with guests who are visiting from Pella)
S: Small baked sweet potato = 2
D: apple, 2 slices ff cheese = 3
Total: 31
Exercise: Walked in am - 40 minutes, pool in pm - 40 minutes (laps 20 min & water aerobics 20 min)
