you can do it! I am working on eating the "eat to live way," and I haven't posted about it yet b/c I am too chicken to admit in in case I fail. especially b/c the Easter candy is on the way to my computer so I am easily tempted by it.I don't know if I am ready to make a public blog declaration but i can do my best to be supportive to you!

How sweet you are! Thanks! I have been debating with myself for days and days and days about blogging, not blogging. Today I finally decided I need some accountability so here I am. My motivation is that I am worried about being in Iowa and California in April...sure to have so many temptations as well as stress and pressure. My plan is that if I can have 3 "good" weeks here before I leave, I know I will feel better, have much more energy and do a better job with my recruiting presentations.

Move the candy out of your pathway!

Good for you - glad you've made the decision!! I'll be excited to see how things go for you. These next three weeks of success should be a good base to launch from as you travel.

The photo was taken by the student who is my intern this semster. She is putting together a photo essay to help students pack for a semester abroad.

What a creative approach to what must be a big decision process for your students.

I am fascinated and amazed by your decision to post your food choices on-line. Good luck! I can't wait for our visit in April
