8/36 Wow.


Wow.  Sunday was yet another good day attributable to following my plan of exercise, meditation, yoga and clean eating.  I had more energy which resulted in preparing food for the week, ironing and doing some jewelry work.  The day passed in peace.  I meditated, did yoga and walked in the morning.  I also did laundry, cleaned my car and ironed...a form of meditation!  I felt good going into the week.

Food:  toast, banana, tangerine, beets and panela, carrot juice with cucumbers and celery, chicken with mango couscous, beans, tomatoes, avocado, cheese and tostada crackers.  Excellent veggie and fruit intake...colorful, crunchy and satisfying.
