I need to work on how to post when I am not at work. Well, I can post, but I can't access my rocks which is what I love most about posting. Saturday, Day 7, went well. Activities included yoga, laps and water aerobics, ate well and meditated. Most importantly, I did not go to the office.
Food: green drink, eggs, black beans, toast, cheese, spinach, sushi, papaya, banana, soymilk, tostada crackers with pb, chicken, rice and beets. Hmmm...a little short on veggies.
Attitude: Good. I took toast with cheese and spinach to eat after swimming which made a huge difference.

Oprah...my BFF. What can I say?
I am not analyzing anything except to know that it takes all parts working as a whole. There is no what comes first...the food or the exercise or the meditation or the yoga. All parts need to be present.
And now that I am done with these posts, FB, gmail, and reading new blog posts from my other BFFs, my employer would probably like some of my time and energy too.
