Meditation - with Oprah and Deepak several times during the course of the day
Exercise - walked an hour
Food - green drink, banana, kiwi, apple, cheese, chicken, fish, lettuce, cucumbers, veggie soup, salsa, 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
Yoga - maybe
Lots of liquids - tea, water and yes, the ever-present Diet Coke
Much more positive energy today. I taught my one class of the week. We have two field trips this week...one to celebrate the spring equinox and another to the refreshing cenotes. Both short trips. Both positive.
