Clinique lip product

Fabulous product. Believe it or not, mine is 05 Mango-thon. I know. I would never have even tried this one. I would have gone for 01 Fig or 15 Absolute and nothing in between. Is there a lesson to be learned here? Again, thank Barb. I do.

DIY Color Analysis: The Losers

Conclusions: Pastels are out, out, out. I couldn't bring myself to post the yellow and lightest blue items. (Ilona told me this several years ago, but did I listen?) Browns of all shades are out. But I can wear colors...strong, deep, glorious colors. Now the question is, will I?

DIY Color Analysis: More Winners

DIY Color Analysis: The Winners

Unlike my loyal readers, I had time on my hands this weekend. What do I usually do with time on my hands? Cleaning is always at the top of the list. This time, however, I combined cleaning my closets with a little do-it-yourself color analysis. Yes, I actually have more than just black and white in my closets.

My unscientific method consisted of wrapping a garment about my neck and snapping a photo. Here is the first posting of winners that are in the black/gray/blue spectrum. The next posting will show several colors (gasp!) that are also winners and then another post of losers. Comments welcome. Reminder: We are looking at color here, not lines, bags, sags, wrinkles. No comments on those, please.
