The inspiration to create this blog came from my sister, Ilona, and her daughter, Naphtali. Because of their blogs, I feel much more connected to them and to their day-to-day lives. I love reading about Ilona´s gardening and crafting adventures. I look forward to Naphtali's posts and the photos of Aidan as he grows. I am also feeling guilty about not writing more detailed emails about my life here and am hoping this blog can provide better information about my day-to-day life thus leaving emails for more personal communication.
Thanks to Devin, my beloved God Kid, I can finally use my digital camera and am feeling more confident about my technological skills. (I know, I know...it has taken me long enough!) Just to prove it, here is a photo of Devin and her friend Natalie that was taken at Playa del Carmen, near Cancun, earlier this month. Before I get too overconfident and too far outside of my comfort zone, I will close for now. Let us please remember this is a work in progress.
